CARAVELLA ELITE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2027

The Caravella Football Program is designed for committed young footballers who are passionate about developing their game in a structured, high-performance environment.
Led by experienced coach Zenon Caravella (Former A-League Professional, AFC B Licence Coach), the program focuses on technical development, game awareness and decision making, match application, confidence, discipline and consistency.

About the Program

  • • 8-week program each school term
    • 1 training session per week
    • 1.5-hour sessions

    • Goalkeeper specific training will be provided throughout regular sessions

  • U9 Born 2018
    U12 Born 2015

  • FNQ Youth Cup Cairns: 5th – 8th April 2027

    Castle Hill Cup - Townsville: July 2027

    Japan Tournament: September 2027

    Hannuam Cup – Thailand (6D/5N): December 2027

With over 30 years in the game and 300 A-League matches, Zenon brings a clear, disciplined approach to instruction. As an AFC B Licence Coach, his background across competitive play and player development shapes a method rooted in fundamentals, ball flight, and individual mechanics. He helps footballers understand their power, build consistency, and make confident decisions on the pitch—always through calm guidance, precise adjustments, and steady progress over time.

Zenon will be purely focused on these two squads for all of 2027. For all selected players, the aim is consistent: clear feedback, measurable improvement, and a training relationship built to support long-term growth.
